It does look good in person, I’ll give it that, but for what I paid I was expecting it to feel a bit more solid or premium. It’s not terrible or anything, just that part felt a little disappointing. Overall, I don’t really think it’s worth the price...

"Nice item, but the wait was frustrating"
I was actually in a good mood when I ordered this and was excited for it to arrive, but the delivery took way longer than I expected. I barely got any updates either, so I was just left waiting and wondering what was going on. The item itself seems nice enough, but the whole shipping experience kind of ruined it for me.

"Felt stuck looking at the same basic designs"
I was disappointed with the designs. After browsing for a while, it started to feel like I was trapped in a loop of the same plain pieces over and over. For the price, I expected something a bit more unique or exciting, but most of it just felt really basic. I kept hoping to find one piece I’d actually want to wear, but nothing really stood out to me.

I was disappointed with how difficult it was to find clear info about their ethics and sustainability. For a jewellery brand, I feel like details about sourcing, materials, and worker standards should be easy to find, not something you have to dig around for. It’s a simple thing, but they made it unnecessarily hard, and it left me not feeling great about buying from them.

"Pretty at first, but didn’t last"
I was really pleased with how the jewellery looked when it first arrived, it had that nice, polished feel and I was excited to wear it. Unfortunately, after just a few weeks, it started to tarnish, even though I was careful and never wore it in the shower. For the price, I expected it to hold up a bit better. I guess it reminded me that something can look lovely at first, but quality really shows over time. Bit disappointed, honestly.

"Nice jewellery, but packaging could be safer"
The jewellery looked really nice when I opened it, and the box itself was pretty. The only thing that made me a bit uneasy was that the outer parcel arrived slightly squashed. Luckily nothing was damaged, but I do think packaging like this should feel a bit more secure, especially with something delicate. Overall it was okay, just not quite as careful as I would’ve hoped.

"Not gift-worthy at all"
I bought this thinking it would make a nice present, but when it arrived I was shocked. It looked way cheaper than I expected, and I immediately felt like there was no way I could give it to someone without being embarrassed. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but it just didn’t feel gift-worthy at all.

"Discounts don’t really feel worth it"
I’ve been checking Daisy for a while, but the prices feel high for what you’re getting. I kept thinking maybe a decent sale would come along, but the discounts were either really small or came with some kind of catch, which is a little frustrating.
Even after trying a code, the final total still didn’t feel like much of a deal. I’m sure some people won’t mind, but personally I don’t see myself bothering unless the prices come down a bit.

"Nice necklace, but sizing mix-up"
I’ve ordered jewellery online a few times before, so I know little issues can happen. My order from Daisy Jewellery was mostly okay, but one item wasn’t the exact size I’d chosen. The necklace was the right one and looked lovely, so I was happy with that part. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a bit of back and forth before things were sorted. Overall, not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

"Nice jewellery, but the exchange was frustrating"
I ordered a piece of jewellery and tried to exchange it for a different size, but it ended up being a bit of a pain. I think I started the exchange around the end of last month, or maybe the first week after, I can’t remember exactly, but it felt like it dragged on. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept having to check what was happening. Customer service did reply eventually, but the replies were slow and I felt like I was just sitting around with no proper update. The jewellery itself is nice enough, but the whole exchange process has definitely put me off ordering again. For the price, it should be a lot smoother.

"I was excited when I first got it…"
I was excited when I first got it because it looks really nice. I put it on and thought it was going to be one of those easy favorites. But after wearing it for about an hour, I started feeling uncomfortable and had to take it off. So while the style is definitely there, the comfort just didn’t hold up for me.

Customer service did get back to me, so I guess that’s something. It took a few days, which wasn’t exactly ideal, but everything was sorted in the end. Not the fastest experience ever, but apparently patience is part of the process.
